📄 Freelance Service Agreement

The Provider is an independent contractor, not an employee. The Provider is responsible for their own taxes, insurance, and equipment.
8. Cancellation
Either party may end this Agreement with [7] days' written notice. The Client will pay for all work completed up to the cancellation date. Deposits are non-refundable once work has begun.
9. Limitation of Liability
The Provider's total liability under this Agreement will not exceed the total fees paid by the Client. Neither party is liable for indirect or consequential damages.

This document is the entire agreement between the parties and replaces any prior discussions. Changes must be made in writing and signed by both.
